Every BFX safe is built with a solid steel plate door paired with a dual-layer composite steel body reinforced with AMSEC’s proprietary DryLight concrete-based insulation, creating a level of strength and fire resistance that sets the BFX Series apart. Four-way bolt work with AMSEC’s Active 4x Locking System secures the door on all sides using massive steel locking bolts for exceptional pry resistance.

Independently tested and certified by ETL, BFX Series safes offer a 120-minute fire rating at 1200°F, helping maintain internal temperatures below the critical charring point for paper during extended fire exposure. Dual door seals expand under heat to help block flames and smoke, adding another layer of protection for firearms, documents, and valuables.

Security is further validated by a UL Residential Security Container (RSC) Level 1 rating, confirming resistance to forced entry using common mechanical and electrical hand tools.
